MARK LAW EXPERTS SELECTS PRODUCTION AND PROCESS DIRECTOR
Company located in Ribera Alta, belonging to the metallurgical transformation sector, leader in the treatment and coating of metal parts; shot blasting, priming and finishing and in full growth phase needs to incorporate a Production and Process Director into its organization.
Your mission will be to lead, plan and manage three plants, coordinating their production activities, designing short, medium and long term plans, managing available resources, guaranteeing quality, service and cost levels, generating a competitive product.
Requirements:
• University education in Engineering or similar.
• Knowledge of management tools, planning, production, ERPs, Lean Manufacturing.
• Leadership.
• Dynamism and resolution.
• Experience in production processes in the automotive sector and a high level of English will be valued.
Functions:
• Ensure compliance with production plans.
• Plan the necessary human resources, machinery and materials for the production processes.
• Apply and promote Quality at Source with the Quality Manager.
• Identify and organize continuous improvement workshops with the Process Engineering Manager.
• Define the internal product movement processes between the different areas.
• Analyze production problems and work with other company teams to resolve them.
• Study all types of quality improvements.
• Prepare, coordinate and evaluate the results of the production process using KPIs.
• Implement the factory's order and cleanliness standards.
• Meet and enforce financial objectives.
• Meet and enforce the department's environmental responsibilities.
• Coordinate the identification and ensure compliance with all safety rules in the production area.
Salary:
• €40,000 – €60,000 gross/year
